If you purchased on our website:
- Look up your tracking number: Please check the tracking number that was sent to you when the order shipped. If you can't find this email, the very first confirmation email for your order will have a link to an order status page.
- It says delivered: It's unfortunate but since COVID-19, carriers have been experiencing immense delays. We've heard from many customers that a package will be marked as delivered but not actually show up until a few days later. If it's possible to wait a few days longer, it may show up!
Also, please check your porch, doors, mailboxes, etc; anywhere a carrier may have left it. Sometimes carriers will leave packages behind bushes if they're afraid of theft.
- Still nothing: Reach out to us with your order number and we'll see what we can do!
*Please reach out within 30 days if you have not received your order. Beyond that, tracking may no longer work and it is difficult to determine what happened with your order.
If your purchased on Amazon.com or Target.com:
- These items were likely fulfilled by Amazon or Target so you'll need to follow up with them. You can do so by referencing their confirmation emails or checking out your Account page on those sites.
